What design can do

Last month one of the largest earthquakes and Tsunamis struck northern Japan. We at OPX, led by Risa our senior designer, felt compelled to do something to help. We immediately made a donation to the Japanese RedCross.
We also looked at many different organisations setting up the relief funds for Japan, among them one website stuck out. It was a non-profit design services firm called Architecture for Humanity. They are working world-wide, building a more sustainable future through the power of professional design. As designers ourselves, we found it very encouraging to know there are people out there using design so positively. We’re currently in touch with them to see if OPX can help any part of their operations – we’ll update you with more details as things progress.
