Pro — A brand to be Proud of

Pro, formerly part of the Swiss Re group, is a leading provider of services for the global insurance sector. OPX worked with Pro to create a new brand which puts clear, direct and bold language and visuals at its heart.

For both English and foreign language markets, ‘Pro’ creates positive messages — Proactive, Proactif; Proven, Probado. Succinct, natural language, supported by tone of voice guidelines, avoids the confusing jargon used elsewhere in the sector. All of this is presented using Pro Sans — developed with acclaimed type foundry, Commercial Type — and photography that puts Pro people in focus.

We designed and developed all collateral for the new brand, including launch presentations and brochure, wallpaper, giveaways and website. Going forward, we provided templates to enable in-house production of printed and digital items. Comprehensive guidelines cover tone of voice and the production of all external and internal communications for UK and US offices.
