Graduate recruitment in the civil engineering sector is a major issue.

To address this OPX worked with global engineering consultants AECOM to draw out the key influencing factors for this audience using a series of in-depth workshops with recent graduates from around the world. This enabled us to create a strategy and communications that were exciting, inspirational and genuinely distinctive in a crowded market-place.

The campaign output included literature, posters, postcards, exhibition material and a dedicated microsite with video case studies. This material was refreshed in 2010 to bring it into line with AECOM's new brand guidelines.
