AECOM is one of the world’s fastest growing architecture and engineering businesses, responsible for iconic projects worldwide.

In 2004 OPX worked with the company to develop a cohesive brand strategy that brought together AECOM's many operating businesses within a single system. Key to this concept was the simple idea that each business would reinforce and strengthen the other, creating greater reach and impact.

Our brand strategy work then led to the delivery of a comprehensive set of identity guidelines and a wide range of materials including AECOM's last five Annual Reports.

Specific challenges included creating an effective communications approach across a decentralised business, launching the company on the New York Stock Exchange and creating powerful focus around issues such as sustainability and design innovation.
