The microsite was designed and developed alongside a printed Summary Report, and contained more detailed information for Thames Water customers and stakeholders.

The microsite and printed report feature interviews with Thames Water employees, appearing as streamed video on the microsite.

A special feature of the site enables users to build their own report, selecting which pages of the microsite they wish to save and download as a PDF file.
